Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return and refund, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food such as coffee)
  • Print on Demand Products (POD) such as our clothing and accessories range.

 

Please note, that we operate in print-on-demand system to maintain competitive pricing and be eco-friendly, which means that all clothing products and accessories are produced only once they are ordered by you to your chosen design. Because of this, we can offer a free reprint or a refund only in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

 

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. To help you find the right fit, please refer to the sizing chart available in each product’s description. If you receive an item that was mislabeled (rare, but possible), contact us at info@polifino.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.


Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
