Where do we ship? 

We operate only in the UK and ship only within UK.

 

Processing Time

  • Coffee orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped.
  • All other products (t-shirts & accessories) are typically processed within 3–4 business days and then shipped. The processing time is a result of model in which we work - Print On Demand (POD). That means that all clothing products and accessories are produced only once ordered by you to your chosen design. That allows us to maintain our competetive offer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • All speciality coffee products are shipped free of charge in the UK by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked (usually 2-4 working days)
  • All other products (t-shirts & accessories) are shipped to custom prices which are calculated at checkout. It could take up to 6 days for delivery.

 

Where will my order ship from?

Depending on product type, orders incliding multiple items might be shipped from different warehouses and arrive separately. It is a result of stock availability.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives at your door.

 

Lost Packages, Delays

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
  • Contact your local post office to see if your package is being held there.
  • Check with your neighbors, in case the courier left the package with them.

 

If your shipping address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please reach out to us and include your order number within 14 days from estimated delivery date.

 

If you discover a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order. Please note that the shipping cost for replacements due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
